(2) We do not guarantee same-day outcomes for all customers. Most customers get a same-day outcome on their loan application provided they complete a loan application and provide all supporting information we request before 3 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on a normal business day. Customers who complete an application or provide requested supporting information after 3 pm AEST will likely receive an outcome the following business day.

 

(3) Once an applicant has been approved and they have signed a contract, we automatically attempt to release the money to the applicant or seller's bank account (depending on the arrangement). Most customers have a New Payments Platform (NPP) bank account and receive the money in their bank account within 60 seconds. For other customers, the money will be available on weekdays and the following business days if approved on a weekend or public holiday.
